What insurance do you take?

Self-pay options are also available. You can find those rates here.
How can I find out my diagnoses?
Schedule an individual appointment. Note that mental health is complex and most of the time conditions and disorders cannot be diagnosed in one session.
Do you work with children and teens?
Maribel works with ages 13 and up.
Can I get a doctors note for my appointment?
Doctors notes are available upon request.
Is the building wheelchair accessible?
Yes. While the office is located on the second floor, most clients take the elevator.
